IMPORTANT NOTE: CURRENTLY WE DO NOT OFFER THIS VISA. STAY TUNED, BECAUSE IT WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON.

The citizens of the Philippines are not eligible for a Cuba Tourist Card, and as a result, you are required to go and apply for your visa at the Cuban diplomatic mission in your area. All you have to do is visit the closest embassy. Unfortunately, at this time, iVisa can't get you your Cuba Tourist Card. All you have to do is call the embassy and find out the fastest process. However, we will give you some important information about it.

What are the requirements?

The requirements for a Cuba Tourist card are easy to meet. You just need a passport to get started. There is no need to upload any documents. The rest will be handled by the closest embassy. However, once you get to Cuba, the immigration officer will ask you to provide the following documents:

  • Passport – the passport you have needs to maintain its validity for at least another 6 months from the date of arrival in Cuba. If it does not, you need to get a new one.

  • A flight itinerary both to and from Cuba.

  • Travel insurance – this is a rule that began to take effect back in 2010. If you do not have travel insurance, you have the option to purchase one once you arrive in Cuba.

If you have minors that accompany you, you should know that children cannot travel to Cuba on their parents’/guardians’ documents. Every child needs to have his/her own Tourist Card.

Cuba visa for the citizens of the Philippines – the processing times and prices

Here is what you can choose from:

  • Standard processing – your application is processed, and your Tourist card arrives in 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rush processing – your Tourist card arrives within 1 to 3 business days, and the cost is higher.

  • Super Rush processing – you will have your Cuba Tourist card in 1 business day, and you will be charged a premium. The shipping is included in the price in all three cases.

The conclusion is that the Cuban visa for the citizens of the Philippines is now more accessible than ever. Just apply with your embassy and you will save yourself some time and effort you would otherwise waste at a Cuban diplomatic mission. The Cuba visa for Filipinos allows a single entry, and you can spend up to 30 days in Cuba. You can apply for a 30-day extension if necessary.
