The only condition is that you submit your application in the AM. This is the fastest Cuba visa processing time you will find online. As you can imagine, the super Rush option is the most expensive. You will be charged $150 for a USA Tourist Card and only $95 for an International Tourist Card. Even so, this option is ideal for people who are in a rush.
