• You're planning to visit one or more of the EAC Partner States (Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda);

• You'll stay within these countries and not travel out of the EAC;

• Your ETA is still valid (90 days from the date it's issued).
