When you travel to Oman, you know that you need a visa. As long as you are eligible for an Oman eVisa and you meet all the requirements, all it is left for you to do is to fill in an Oman visa application form. However, before thinking that forms are never easy, rest assured that iVisa has created one of the simpler forms you will ever have to deal with. You should be done with it in no more than 15 minutes, and if you need some help, iVisa provides an excellent support service that is available day and night.
The Oman visa application form is broken down into three simple steps. As long as you read the instructions carefully, you should be able to complete them all successfully:
-
The first step will require you to fill in the blanks with your personal information and some details about your trip to Oman, such as arrival date. At this point, you are also required to select a visa type and a processing time. As for the latter, iVisa gives you three options:
-
Standard processing (4 days) - USD $123.99.
-
Rush processing (2 days) -USD $145.99.
-
Super rush processing (24 hours) - USD $200.99.
As far as the visa type is concerned, you get three options as well:
-
The Multiple entry, 90 days per entry stay visa – the fees are listed above.
-
The Multiple entry, 90 days per entry stay visa - USD $123.99, USD $145.99, and USD $200.99 respectively.
-
The GCC eVisa (this one is reserved for nationals who have a residence permit issued by a GCC country) - USD $57.99, USD $73.99, or USD $98.99 respectively.
-
The second step of the application form consists of payment and revision. iVisa accepts multiple means of payment such as a credit or a debit card, a Paypal account. Do not forget to revise your application because corrections are almost impossible to make. Make sure that the information you provide is 100 % accurate and there are no typos throughout the form.
-
The last step of the application is intended for document upload. You need to upload the digital photo as well as the passport scan. In some cases, additional documents may be required such as an authorization letter from the other parent of the minor you are traveling with. Depending on your personal circumstance, you will be notified about what you need to upload.
Once all three steps are complete, you can submit your application and then wait for the visa to arrive via e-mail in the timeframe you selected. While the visa is linked to your passport electronically, you still need to print out a copy.
As you can see, the Oman visa application form is not difficult to go through. All you need to do is fill it in carefully and let iVisa do the rest. This is nothing compared to one of those government forms, but do not underestimate it and treat it seriously. Otherwise, you may have to repeat the process, and that is just a waste of time and money.
