Do I have to quarantine when I get to Poland?

The Poland Health Declaration is a regular international document introduced in the event of an epidemic risk to allow foreign entry into Poland. The document's purpose is to ensure your safety, your family, and every person you come into contact with. It is an important part of the Poland COVID test requirements.
