Our state-of-the-art platform and mobile app are designed for avid travelers like you, yearning for freedom and endless possibilities. With our comprehensive guide and unwavering support, the world truly is your oyster. So why settle for less when you can have more? Buckle up; your limitless travel adventures await!

What to do when your passport is full?

Finding yourself with a passport full of stamps and visas is a testament to your adventurous spirit, but it also signals it's time for the next chapter in your globetrotting book.

Don't let a full passport stall your wanderlust! At iVisa, we've streamlined the process of updating or renewing your travel documents so you can swiftly move on to your next adventure.

You have two options: either apply for additional pages, if your country allows it, or seize the moment to upgrade to a 52-page Passport for more room to collect memories. Both options are applicable before your passport expires.

Why should you choose the 52-page passport?

Imagine a passport that doesn't call for frequent renewals or emergency visits to embassies while you're soaking up the sun in Bali or exploring ancient ruins in Peru. The 52-page Passport is your answer.

At iVisa, we advocate for this choice as it effortlessly aligns with our mission to simplify your life and travel. The extra pages allow you to travel more extensively before requiring a new book, making it an ideal pick for frequent travelers or those on extended journeys.

What is the difference between the 52-page passport and the standard passport?

Regarding the 52-page passport book, it's all about space—literally. While a standard passport typically features 28 blank visa pages, the 52-page Passport offers 24 extra passport pages for stamps and visas.

You also get:

  • The same security features: Despite the extra pages, the 52-page Passport maintains the same security features and biometric data as the standard version.

  • Consistent design: The cover and overall appearance of the 52-page Passport are identical to the standard one; only the page count changes.

What are the advantages of the 52-page book?

The benefits of opting for a 52-page Passport range from flexibility to convenience. Here are some of our favorites:

  • Fewer renewals: With extra pages, you'll need to renew your passport less frequently, saving you time and administrative hassle.

  • More room for visas: Ideal for those planning multi-country trips or extended stays abroad, as you can accommodate multiple visas and passport stamps without worrying about running out of blank pages.

  • Smoother border transitions: Extra pages can ease your way through customs and border controls, reducing the chances of scrutiny due to a nearly full passport.

  • Enhanced convenience: The 52-page passport aligns perfectly with the avid traveler's lifestyle, offering room to explore the world freely.

How can I confirm if I am eligible for this service?

If you're a U.S. citizen applying for a passport, you're lucky! You can choose between a standard 28-page passport and a larger 52-page passport at no extra charge.

For domestic applicants, simply request the 52-page book on your application form. Note that the option to add extra visa passport pages to existing passports was proposed to be eliminated starting January 1, 2016. Therefore, opting for the 52-page book can be a wise choice to future-proof your travel needs.

Note: U.S. citizens applying for passports outside the United States will receive 52-page passport books.

How to get a 52-page passport?

Unlocking the door to boundless adventures is simpler than you think. With iVisa, securing your 52-page U.S. passport is a smooth ride from start to finish. Here's how:

  • Step 1: Gather required documents: Compile all necessary identification and documentation, including proof of U.S. citizenship, a passport photo, and applicable fees.

  • Step 2: Fill out the application form: Complete the passport application form via our online platform or mobile app. When filling out your application form, make sure you click the "Large Book" box to indicate you want the 52-page passport. It doesn't cost extra, making it a no-brainer for avid travelers like you.

  • Step 3: Pay the application fee: Pay the US Government and iVisa fee using a credit card. Debit card, PayPal, or Venmo to make the payment.

  • Step 4: Mail the application: Receive your passport renewal kit, follow the instructions, and take your completed passport renewal package to the nearest mailbox or post office.

  • Step 5: Wait for your application: Track your renewal application status with our frequent updates. Get your new passport and travel!

Do I have to send my current passport to iVisa?

No, we don't require your current passport to process your renewal application. However, please remember to pack it together with the content of your passport renewal kit before mailing it.

How long does it take to get my passport renewed?

  • Standard Service: If you're not in a hurry, the U.S. Government's standard service will deliver your passport to your doorstep in 8–10 weeks.

  • Expedited Service: Need it sooner? Opt for the expedited service, and you'll receive your passport in just 4–6 weeks.

If you're gearing up for an adventure in the next six weeks, the online passport renewal service won't make the cut. Don't fret, though! Contact your local embassy or consulate to explore alternatives that fit your timeline.

How much does it cost to get my passport renewed?

The US Government charges a standard fee of USD 130.00. You'll also need to pay our service fee, which depends on when you want your passport renewal kit to be shipped:

  • Same Day Shipping for $120

  • 2 Day Shipping for $100

  • 4 Day Shipping for $80

After filling out the kit and dropping it off at the nearest mailbox, you can expect to receive your passport in 10 weeks. If you want it faster, you can pay an extra USD 60.00 for the passport to arrive in 4 to 6 weeks with government-expedited processing.
