Uzbekistan visa for UK citizens

Uzbekistan has started to release electronic visas for the citizens of all European Union citizens (except Cyprus), which means that UK citizens are eligible for an Uzbekistan e-visa. The application process is entirely online so that you can avoid going to an embassy. What is required of you?
